Heavens above!! It is still raining. In my 36 years in this area, I cannot recall a wetter period. Great for making big potholes in the road.
Father Andrew has returned from two weeks holiday and we sincerely thank Father Greg Arnold for taking his place while he was away. We hope to see Father Greg again in November.
Our last morning tea was a non-event because of the rain. The Feast of Our Lady’s Assumption was celebrated on 15th August and we said Mass at Clarence Town.
We always remember our fellow parishioners who cannot make it to Mass because of health problems and look forward to seeing them back in the congregation very soon.
