Clarence Town Presbyterian Church
29 Marshall Street, Clarence Town (Opposite the School)
Pastor: Rev Allan D. Welch
Service Times: 10am Gathered Worship every Sunday, with morning tea provided.
From the pulpit we are drawing towards the end of our series on the book of Romans – ‘a righteousness from God that comes by faith.’ In the lead up to our 10am Christmas Day service we will be looking at 1, 2 & 3 John.
For those interested in finding out about Jesus, Hope Explored will be running in November at CTPC. Hope Explored consists of three sessions being held Monday 24th, Wednesday 26th and Friday 28th of November starting at 7pm each evening. Each session goes for 1 hour 15 mins, with plenty of discussion during the session and time afterwards if needed. There’s no cost for attending Hope Explored and tea, coffee & nibbles are supplied, as well as a Bible. The Sessions focus on Hope, Peace and Purpose.
If you do come, you won’t be asked to read aloud, pray, sing or do anything that makes you feel uncomfortable. You won’t be pestered by phone calls afterwards. If you decide not to come back after the first session, that’s no problem. It’s still wonderful that you consider the program. During the Sessions you can ask anything you want, or feel free to just sit and listen. Please contact Allan to book your place for Hope Explored.
Mainly Music (every Wed), SRE (Scripture) at Clarence Town Public School (every Wed). Dungog Public School (every 2nd Wed) and Growth Groups (Mon and Tue evenings).
“And what does the LORD require of you? To do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.” Micah 6:8
