Our Parish of St. Francis of Assisi is this year inviting interested parishioners on a “Parish Pilgrimage” to Ireland. The itinerary document can be found on the ‘Resources’ page of the parish website. Later this year, Bishop Michael will be visiting the Parish to celebrate the sacrament of Confirmation. We look forward to his visit. Winter is upon us and our members at Sunday Mass tend to reflect this, as it is harder to leave our warn beds early in the mornings. We pray those from our church family who have not been well, especially Gwen Trappell, who is very missed, and Val Preece and Neville, and wish them all a speedy recovery to good health. All welcome at Mass each Sunday at 8am and may our heavenly Father continue to bless us with his Grace.
