Step Outside and Strengthen Up: Outdoor Gym Now Open
If you haven’t yet, now is the perfect time to get moving! The Clarence Town Progress Association officially opened the new Outdoor Gym at the Village Green with a festive ribbon-cutting ceremony in September and it’s ready to enjoy.
With more than $60,000 of CTPA funding behind it, the gym brings the latest in exercise equipment right to the heart of the town. The 11 stations are designed to strengthen your upper and lower body, core, balance, and flexibility—all while enjoying the fresh air and big skies of Clarence Town.
Not sure how to use the equipment? Each station has a handy QR code that links to a short demonstration video, so you can get your technique spot-on while you work up a sweat.
The outdoor gym is open to everyone from fitness fanatics and local sporting teams to anyone looking to try something new. Whether you’re in it to boost strength, improve balance, or simply have fun outdoors, the Village Green gym makes exercising social, accessible, and enjoyable.
