In August, Father Andrew has been on a well deserved vacation. For these four weeks, Di and Kerri have expertly handled the ‘church service’ in place of Mass. They are a well-oiled team and all went very smoothly – thank you ladies.
We have had our share of our dear church family missing over the past 5 – 6 weeks due to various bugs floating around. We wish them all a speedy recovery and look forward to seeing them back ASAP. There are also other parishioners having major surgery and treatments, and we pray for them also.
Our church grounds are slowly drying out, thank goodness and August was a special month for us as we remembered the Assumption of Our Lady on august 15th. We pray that the turmoil in the world will stop and pray for peace.
